Hi, It's been a while!

From my experience, there are two outcomes after someone leaves us.

#1 - you’ve kept up your routine and are feeling awesome! If this is the case, we’re super happy for you.

#2 - Life has got in the way, your routine has fallen by the wayside, and there are a number of side effects that have come along with this.

How do I get started?

What If I’ve never exercised before?

Perfect! One of our core principles is that it doesn’t matter what your current fitness levels are, all that matters is that you get started and we meet you where you’re at and progress you from there.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are 45 minutes long which gives us enough time to make sure you have an effective training sessions but also makes it easy to fit into an already busy lifestyle.

How many times do I train a week?

This is something we will discuss with you in your consultation to make sure your training programme is fully designed to fit in and around your day to day life. We have Training packages that start from training 2 times a week all the way to unlimited training packages.
