Hi, I’m Ben the founder of BeFit here in Ringwood.

Let me tell you about BeFit

Our Mission - "To help everyday people feel fitter, stronger, and more confident through expert coaching, real accountability, and an inclusive community where no one feels out of place."

So far we’ve helped hundreds of people achieve just that in our Small Group and Large Group training.

P.S. We’re not like other gyms, We won’t just sign you up and never talk to you, we limit capacity (10 new spaces a month) to maintain a personal service, so they fill up quickly. Get in touch soon to avoid disappointment!

How do I get started?

What If I’ve never exercised before?

Perfect! One of our core principles is that it doesn’t matter what your current fitness levels are, all that matters is that you get started and we meet you where you’re at and progress you from there.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are 45 minutes long which gives us enough time to make sure you have an effective training sessions but also makes it easy to fit into an already busy lifestyle.

How many times do I train a week?

This is something we will discuss with you in your consultation to make sure your training programme is fully designed to fit in and around your day to day life. We have Training packages that start from training 2 times a week all the way to unlimited training packages.
